~* Mini Pockets with Cards *~

Aloha Everyone!
I had a lot of fun playing around with some goodies I just purchased.  I created these little pockets using small kraft merchandise bags and small glassine bags I purchased from kawaiigoodies.  The first one I created using a Michael's Recollection paper stack called My Favorite Things and the second one I created using the scraps from the Prima Nature Garden paper collection.  These are super fun to create.
For the My Favorite Things pocket and card, I added some cute dark pink summer sunflower fabric tape that Soury had sent to me.  Love that pop of color.  It actually inspired me to use the papers since it also has that dark pink in it.  I fussy cut the images from the collection including the postcard piece that I inserted as the card.  Isn't the little poodle just darling :)?  I added a lot of Glossy Accents and pearls.
For the Prima Nature Garden pocket and notecard, I layered the DPs and distressed the edges with my fingernail and with Distress Ink in Antique Linen.  I added some burlap trim, burlap twine, and a piece of Prima Alencon lace.
I hope to share with you some exciting news soon!
Have a wonderful Sunday and week!

~* Prima Nature Garden Mini Paper Bag Mini *~

Aloha Everyone!
Hope you're having a great week so far!  Mine started off rough...but things are getting brighter.  I still have a slight cold, but it's going away!  Yay!
Here is a mini kraft paper bag mini album that I created with the scraps from my other Prima Nature Garden collection projects.  Had a ton of fun creating this.  I fussy-cut a lot of the pretty images and accented some with my favorite Crackle Accents, Glossy Accents, and Frosted Lace Stickles.  I added bits of Prima Alencon lace, burlap twine, pearls, and a Melissa Frances resin piece.  The big lace flower is a Maya Road trim that I cut and sprayed with Tattered Angels Crushed Shells Glimmer Mist.
I'm entering this project in Simon Says Stamp and Show - challenge - Hey Girl.  Nothing more feminine about pearls, lace, and sweet images.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a fabulous day!
*hugs* and Much aloha to you~!

~* Prima Meadow Lark Altered Paper Bag with Card *~

Aloha All,
I just love making all varieties of these altered paper bags!  So much fun :)!  I made this one shabby chic using the beautiful soft pastel colored Prima Meadow Lark papers.  I did a bunch of fussy-cutting and layering.  All the edges are inked up with Antique Linen Distress Ink.  I used a bunch of Wild Orchid Craft products including the trellis rose in pink mist, 2-tone mushroom/creme wild roses, 2-tone baby pink wild roses, Guipure cream lace, and the heart doilie.  I also added some trinket pearls, stretchy crochet ruffled trim, and a Melissa Frances resin piece.
I'm entering this altered paper bag into the Wild Orchid Challenge 54 - Shabby Chic.  Here is a link to the Wild Orchid Challenge blog and a link to the blog post for Challenge 54 - Shabby Chic.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful rest of your weekend!

~* Graphic45 A Proper Gentleman Shadow Box *~

Aloha All,
Sharing a shadow box I created for my hubby's upcoming birthday.  I enjoyed layering all the fussy-cut images from Graphic45's A Proper Gentleman collection.  I distressed the edges with my distressing tool and with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.  I added my favorite Crackle Accents on the watch/clock faces and on the tennis racket.  Loved using a lot of buttons from my stash as well as my Tim Holtz embellishments.  I curled a lot of the corners to give a the worn, distressed look.
I'm entering this project into Simon Says Stamp & Show's Challenge which is to have layers in your project.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
*hugs* and Much aloha to you~!

~* Prima Nature Garden Acrylic Mini (Maya Road) *~

Aloha Everyone!
Boy, I just love squeezing in my crafty time!  Sort of behind on my chores and bills though...so I gotta go catch up on those after this.  Here is a mini album that I created from a kit that I purchased from Blue Moon Scrapbooking.  The kit was put together by Steff, who is Steffogal1 on YouTube.  She's an awesome, talented gal and her kind words actually helped give me the courage to start sharing my work online.  Thanks, Steff!
I had a ton of fun creating this mini!  It came out a little too chunky because I placed the embellies to close to the binding (see last pix), but that's okay.  I'll work around that when I display it.
The kit had lots of yummies from Prima's Nature Garden collection and the acrylic stand that the pages are supported by is from Maya Road!  I love that acrylic stand.  Such an awesome product.  I tried to use only what was in the kit except for the adhesive, ink, Crackle Accents, Frosted Lace Stickles, and burlap twine.
Thanks for stopping by and I really really appreciate your comments!  I hope to drop by soon!
*hugs* and Much aloha to you always~!
