I added a bunch of gorgeous Wild Orchid Crafts roses, stamens, and cabochon.  I also added some pearl spray and bling with pearl.

~* Shabby Chic Card using Sushi Dolls "Sushi Music Note" *~

Aloha!
Been super busy with so many things over here.  The weather is a little rainy and windy at times, but lots of things to be thankful for :).  Hope all is well with you all!
Here is a shabby chic card that I made with a corrugated cardstock card base.  I used the Pink Paislee London Market collection.  Distressed the edges of the paper with my fingernail.  Added white acrylic paint, layered tons of lace tidbits and pearls and flowers...I added a doily and used a My Favorite Things die to cut the scalloped oval shape out.  I colored up the adorable and gorgeous "Sushi Music Note" with my Copic markers.  I also added some burlap twine and a Stampin Up! flower cabochon.  I also added Crackle Accents to the flowers on the designer paper.

~* SNSC Love Letter Sophie Card *~

Aloha!
I'm sharing with you another Design Team project for Sweet Nothings Stamp Company.  I used the adorable "Love Letter Sophie" digi image.  I colored her up with my Copic markers.  I used a corrugated kraft cardstock base from my friend, Rina.  I layered some pretty papers from DCWV "The Vintage Flora Stack".  I love this paper collection.  I used a glittery foam flower from the Target Dollar Bin.  The paper roses, crochet flower, and fabric butterfly are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  I added two stickpins that I made.  There is a halfback pearl on the crochet flower, seam binding bow with a Stampin Up! flower cabochon.  I added Star Dust Stickles to her love letter and to the paper roses.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

~* SNSC Lovey Dovey Sophie and Lucky Valentine's Day Wall Hanging *~

Aloha!
I'm here to share with you my first Design Team project for Sweet Nothings Stamp Co.  I used the adorable Lovey Dovey Sophie and Lucky image, which I colored up with my Copic markers.  I started off with a raw wood banner-type frame.  I painted it with gesso and acrylic paint in pink.  There is some Target Dollar Bin heart paper in the recessed portion of the frame.  I then painted everything with Sparkle Mod Podge.
I layered a bunch of embellishments including foam hearts from the Target Dollar Bin (I had to cut the inner heart down in size to make it looked layered).  I stamped a sentiment using two Studio G stamps, "Sweet" and "Love."  (By the way, this image actually comes with a freebie sentiment so it's an amazing deal!)  I used a mask to add some white hearts on the left-hand side of the frame.  I layered lots of lace, trims, beaded pearl trim, Wild Orchid flowers, pearls, stamens, a Wild Orchid Craft heart crystal spray, a button, rolled satin roses, bling, and resins.  The laces and trims are from Wild Orchid Crafts and Suhafuha on Etsy.

I also added seam binding at the top to hang the wall hanging.
Thank you for stopping by!  Check out the Sweet Nothings Stamp Co. February Releases - they are so adorable!

~* Grungey Chic-y Altered Paper Mache Letter M using Prima Romance Novel Collection *~

Aloha!
Sharing another grungey chic-y altered project.  I altered an 8" paper mache letter M that I picked up from my local craft store.  I painted it all with Antique White acrylic paint.  Everything is distressed with my fingernail and with Black Soot Distress Ink and gesso.  I used the Prima Romance Novel collection.  My friend, Joanne, had kindly gifted me with an A4 size stack recently.  I added layers of embellishments including Crackle Accents, cheesecloth, lace, pearls, Wild Orchid Craft paper roses (Trellis, Open, Rose Buds, Wild Roses, Cottage Roses), an earring from Forever 21, Studio G metal charms from Walmart, and tissue paper I bought from the Target Dollar Bin.  I did the tearing apart of the papers and added lace below.  That's a technique that tons of artists have used and I really like it.  Really cool.  I added some white lace that I distressed with Distress Ink.  It's holding the bundle of rose buds.  I cut out images and a sentiment piece from the collection.  I cut the sentiment piece down because it was too big.
I'm entering this project into the following:
-Wild Orchid Challenge - Challenge 69 - Anything Goes
Thanks for stopping by and I wish you a wonderful week!

~* Enjoy...Celebrate your Day! Card using Sushi Dolls' Sushi Owl Mug *~

Aloha!
Here's a card I made using Sushi Dolls' adorable "Sushi Owl Mug" digi that I colored up with my Copics.  I used the beautiful K&Company Brenda Walton Flora and Fauna dp.  I inked up the edges with Distress Ink in Milled Lavender.  Those are pretty Prima flowers, some lace from my friend Joanne, and a pretty button.  The sentiments are a AmyR sentiment and Flourish stamp sentiment.
